Covell Estate are bio-dynamic (Bio-Gro certified) winery in an area better known for its trout fishing and deer hunting.

Currently they sell on mail order and restaurant supply. Cellar door sales are available.

Their goal is to develop three self contained chalets on the winery, and turn the existing homestead into a lodge as its centre.
