Rannach Vineyard is situated in Clevedon, about 40 minutes from Central Auckland. A sheltered climate and well-draining soil make the area ideal for growing grapes and Clevedon has been written up by wine journos as one of New Zealand's burgeoning wine trails.

The vineyard borders an area of some sixty acres of native forest with meandering tracks and a number of streams which makes for a great picnic setting for the family.
