Norbert Seibel was chief winemaker for Corbans before starting their own small winery in Henderson, making mainly white wines under both the Seibel and One Tree Hill labels, the latter originally created only for the export market.

Grapes are bought from independent growers and the range includes Riesling, Chardonnay, Gewurztraminer, Chenin Blanc and a Cabernet-Merlot blend.
