Askerne Fleurty Rosé 2023 is a carefully crafted blend of aromatic varietals, creating a lively and playful wine. The majority of the blend features Pinot Noir, Mourvèdre, and Barbera, all grown specifically for this wine and direct pressed for cool fermentation in stainless steel. The remaining components are sourced through saignée (juice drain off) from freshly crushed Reserve red fruit parcels, fermented in barrel for added texture and complexity. A touch of Gewürztraminer brings a delightful floral and ginger spice character. Bottled with a slight spritz, this rosé captures the essence of freshness and vibrancy.
