Cable Bay Awatere Valley Pinot Noir 2016

$38.00 $34.20

Aromas of red cherries, rose petal and sage integrate with underlying earthy tones . The site where this Pinot was grown is expressed wonderfully, especially on the palate; a delicate minerally texture has ensued from the riverstone built soils. The palate is vibrant and juicy with wonderful balance and a distinguished tannin structure. A gem from a fantastic vintage for the Awatere Valley. Game birds, pork terrine, cured meats. Enjoyable upon release and over the next 5-7 years.
