The 2015 Riesling release is from selected blocks in Lowburn, Central Otago. Free draining soils of loess, schist, and un-cemented gravels together with long hours of sunshine produce lively fruit with gentle ripe acidity. The grapes are hand-picked; whole bunch pressed, settled for 48hrs and then fermented at cool temperatures to retain the fresh fruit characteristics.
