Overview

Aragonesas Coto de Hayas Gran Reserva is a standout wine from the D.O. Campo de Borja region, crafted from a selection of the finest grapes sourced from dry, old vineyards over 50 years old, perched at 600 meters in altitude. A blend of 86% Garnacha, 10% Syrah, and 4% Mazuela, this wine undergoes traditional winemaking techniques, including fermentation at a controlled temperature and a 15-day maceration period. After aging for 24 months in French oak barrels, it is further aged in the bottle for a minimum of 24 months, resulting in a wine of great complexity and depth.

The wine presents a deep, ruby-red colour with exceptional clarity and brightness. The nose offers a complex bouquet of ripe fruit and spice aromas, accented by fine notes of cacao and toasted oak.
