Wines of NZ is an online gateway to buy pure New Zealand wines and provides
independent guide to New Zealand wines and New Zealand wineries. 

It’s a place for local and worldwide wine lovers to discover New Zealand wineries and their wines. You will get to buy wine and learn about wineries and how they produce their wine, while reading the latest updates, wine reviews and tasting notes on New Zealand wine. 

As well as these, we offer you the opportunity to buy wine online directly from your favourite New Zealand winery

Wines of New Zealand Limited purchased the domain name in 2016.

Does Wines of NZ produce or distribute wine?
No 8 by Cameron Douglas is our own brand of wines.


Does my wine order go to Wines of NZ or the winery?

When a wine order has been placed, it’s immediately sent to the winery for
confirmation and delivery. Wineries and vineyards are responsible for local wine
delivery and Wines of NZ manages all overseas wine shipping.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Alipay, WeChat Pay, Visa and MasterCard. All of our transactions occur via our secure e-commerce provider’s Latipay and DPS/Payment Express. No credit card details are stored on the Wines of NZ site. We also provide a direct bank transfer payment option.

Does my payment go to Wines of NZ or the winery?

All payments from the sale of wine and wine glasses listed on Wines of NZ goes
directly into Wines of New Zealand Limited bank account.

Do you store my credit card details?

No. If you would like to make repeat purchasing easy, you can opt to have your
details stored with DPS and an encrypted token will be linked with your Wines of NZ account. This will make it possible to make future purchases without the need to enter your card details. At no time can we view or store your card details.

How can I see what I’ve ordered?

To see what you have ordered, click on the ‘Cart’ logo button at the top right of the page and then select ‘View Cart’ on the left hand side of the drop down menu.

How do I update my delivery details?

To update your delivery details, Firstly you need to login by clicking on the ‘Login’ logo button at the top right of the page which will open your account page. Secondly, if you are login click on ‘My Account’ at the bottom right of the page.

How much is shipping?

Wine Shipping Rate Charge:
6 x bottles – $9.00 NZD per winery
12 x bott – $12.00 NZD per winery
18 x bottles $15.00 NZD per winery
24 bottles plus FREE shipping per winery
Glasses Shipping Charge Rate:
Glass orders total retail less than $99.00 – $10.50 NZD shipping charge.
Glass orders total retail between $100.00 and $249.99 – $7.50 NZD shipping
Glass orders total retail over $250.00 – FREE shipping.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Local Wine Delivery: We ask the wineries to ship within 24 hours of your order.
Regular transit time is 3 to 5 working days to metropolitan addresses, and 5-10 days for rural deliveries.

Can I combine shipping from different wineries?

Local Orders: Unfortunately as orders are dispatched individually from each winery, only multiple orders from the one winery can be combined. Every new order from a different winery may incur a shipping fee charge. Overseas Orders: Fortunately overseas orders from individual wineries can be combined. All orders are warehoused at our international freight forwarders secure storage.

Returns and Refunds

What if the wine arrives broken or isn’t what I ordered?

In the unfortunate event that your wine hasn’t arrived within 7 business days, please contact us immediately and we will follow it up with the winery in question and get back to you ASAP.

If you received faulty or broken stock, please contact us at and we’ll resolve this ASAP.
