Crafted from grapes grown in Greywacke rock and Loess clay soils, this Pinot Noir captures the site’s distinctive ripeness, texture, and minerality. Deep ruby in colour, it delivers an exquisite balance of concentrated fruit purity, silky mouthfeel, and polished tannins—an elegant wine that speaks with authenticity of its heritage and terroir.
Tasting Notes:
Fragrant aromas of black cherry and ripe plum are lifted by dark red florals and layered with savoury forest floor, dark chocolate, and cigar box complexity. The palate is rich and concentrated, filled with ripe berry fruit and dark plum supported by fine, polished tannins. Plush yet silky in texture, the wine flows seamlessly to an impressively long finish, offering power and elegance in equal measure.
