Handcrafted and batch-distilled in a copper pot still, it delivers a velvety smooth texture, striking balance, and an unmistakably pure flavour.

Tasting Notes:

Aromatic and elegant, the nose opens with fresh candied lemon, lime zest, and gentle herbal notes of mint, chervil, and parsley. The palate bursts with zesty lemongrass and citrus, carried by silky alcohol weight and layered with delicate hints of liquorice root and star anise from the Horopito. The finish is long, soft, and beautifully spiced. Perfect in a martini or enjoyed neat over ice.
