Born from a chance discovery of Gewürztraminer vines in the Riverland back in 2021, the Doom Juice Weiss is the result of years of refinement, experimentation and enjoyment. By 2024, this project has evolved into a crisp, refreshing white that embodies the playful, easygoing energy of Doom Juice while showcasing the vibrant character of Gewürztraminer. A wine made for sunshine and simplicity, it invites you to sit back, relax and savour every sip.
Tasting Notes:
Fresh and bright, this Weiss bursts with flavours of apple, banana and citrus, carried on a clean mineral backbone. The palate is juicy yet crisp, with natural freshness that makes it endlessly drinkable. Light, lively and uncomplicated, it is best enjoyed chilled in the sun, whether on its own or alongside summer salads, light seafood dishes or soft cheeses.
