Inspired by Sarah’s time in Germany, this Riesling captures both the tension and clarity of its cool-climate origins, offering precision, energy and a true sense of place.
Tasting Notes:
Hand-picked from the Packspur Vineyard in Lowburn, one of the region’s coolest and most elevated sites, the fruit delivers striking natural acidity and drive. Gently pressed and fermented with wild yeast in stainless steel, the result is a wine of finesse and focus, with aromas of citrus, lime zest and white flowers leading to a palate that is taut, mineral and lingering. Made with minimal intervention and unfined, this vegan-friendly Riesling is delicious now and will reward careful cellaring.
