Tasting Notes:
Golden-amber in the glass, Esoterico brims with aromas of citrus peel, spice and dried herbs, layered with hints of apricot and wild florals. The palate is textural and vibrant, with mouthwatering acidity, firm tannins and a ‘scrumptious’ drinkability that makes it dangerously moreish. A little haze and natural sediment highlight its minimal-intervention approach.
