Tasting Notes
Aromas of guava, citrus, nettle, passionfruit and gooseberry lead into a rich and textural palate bursting with tropical fruits, elderflower and a distinctive wet stone minerality. Juicy acidity provides balance and drive, carrying through to a long, lingering finish. Drink now through to 2027, pairing beautifully with seafood, fresh salads or aromatic Asian cuisine.
