Tasting Notes:
The gin opens with a lively burst of fresh Indian citrus — including Gondhoraj limes from the East, Nagpur oranges, Indian sweet limes, and local Nimbu from Goa. This zesty brightness is followed by a warm, spiced heart of black pepper, coriander, and mace, adding depth and intrigue. The finish is smooth and lingering, with notes of liquorice, cassia, and nutmeg leaving a sweet and aromatic flourish.
