Born from a unique collaboration between Stranger & Sons in India and Four Pillars in Australia, Trading Tides is a limited-edition coastal gin inspired by the tides that connect the two countries across the Indian Ocean. Distilled in Goa with a distinctive blend of Australian and Indian botanicals, it’s a spirit that captures both coasts in a single glass — fresh, zesty, and spiced with a maritime character.
Tasting Notes:
The gin opens with bright notes of grapefruit peel and juniper, lifted by coastal freshness. Layers of lemon myrtle, rivermint, and anise myrtle introduce a fragrant herbal edge, while white pepper, kokum, tamarind, and mangosteen lend exotic spice and depth. The finish is clean and vibrant, with subtle liquorice and coriander rounding out a refreshing, complex expression of the sea.
