Tasting notes
Straw in colour, this wine opens with elegant aromas of ripe stone fruit, toasted almond, and subtle flint, underpinned by delicate mealy and oak-derived nuances. The palate is full-bodied and richly layered, with a generous yet balanced mouthfeel. A vibrant ‘attack’ leads to a creamy, textured mid-palate and a lingering, harmonious finish. The interplay of fruit, oak, and complexity is seamless, with 50% malolactic fermentation adding richness without compromising vibrancy. A superb food wine with cellaring potential of 8–10 years.
