Crafted by fourth-generation winemaker Jean-Paul Dubost, it represents both the richness of Brouilly terroir and the finesse of traditional, careful winemaking. Tasting Notes:
Deep red with purple reflections, the wine opens with expressive aromas of ripe red berries, vine peach, clove and earthy spice. The palate is sleek yet concentrated, offering bright cherry, raspberry and sour plum layered with mineral nuances and subtle savoury depth. Round, velvety tannins frame the fruit, leading to a focused and aromatic finish. Elegant and structured, it is best served alongside roasted poultry, duck, mushroom dishes or charcuterie.
