Lightly golden in the glass, the bouquet brims with spicy pear, apricot, honeysuckle and sweet citrus, lifted by nuances of clove and baking spice. The palate is rounded and expressive, with the hallmark opulence and gentle smokiness of Alsace Pinot Gris carrying through to a long and satisfying finish. Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs beautifully with charcuterie, soft white cheeses drizzled with honey or delicately spiced dishes.
