Crafted with minimal intervention from hand-picked fruit, it captures freshness, character and drinkability while celebrating the collaboration between winemakers Kirilly Gordon and Matt Talbot.

Fermented in an open fermenter with gentle pump overs, this wine offers aromas of rhubarb, gooseberry and rain on warm granite stone. The palate is juicy and glossy, with bright fruit and fine texture carrying through to a supple, refreshing finish. Easy to enjoy yet layered with subtle complexity, it pairs beautifully with roast duck, chargrilled vegetables or soft cheeses.
