The De La Terra Cuvée II Methode Traditionelle is a sophisticated and well-crafted sparkling wine that reflects the essence of the estate's unique limestone terroir. Made with hand-picked grapes from low-yielding vines, this sparkling wine follows traditional Champagne winemaking techniques, with 24 months of tirage (aging on lees) to develop its complexity and depth. Clear and pale lemon in colour, the wine’s persistent mousse and fine bubbles are complemented by a crisp, fresh profile, showcasing the perfect balance of fruit-forward elements and restrained yeasty notes.
