Tasting Notes
The bouquet is vividly aromatic, with wild blackberry, boysenberry, and cassis seamlessly woven with violet, black pepper, crushed herbs, and flinty mineral complexity. On the palate, it is medium-bodied yet concentrated, with silky tannins and a savoury, graphite-laced core. Black fruit and spice glide across the palate, guided by precision and poise.
