Tasting Notes:
A dark red core with a purple hue leads to aromas of plum, cassis, blackberry, and dark cherry, accented by floral lift and pure freshness. The palate is plush and mouth-filling, with a fine tannin coating and layers of dark fruit, nutty oak, and savoury complexity. Sleek and seductive, it shows balance between density and elegance, with a long, persistent finish. Best enjoyed with roast duck, venison, or aged cheeses.
