FROMM Pinot Noir The Curation 2020 is the pinnacle of the estate’s Pinot Noir, crafted only in outstanding vintages. Sourced from the finest vineyard parcels, it exemplifies concentration without heaviness, offering depth, refinement, and a rare transparency that reflects both place and season. With superb balance, structure, and tension, this wine stands as one of the most exciting FROMM vintages since 2010.
Tasting Notes:
A dense, deep red in the glass. The bouquet is both concentrated and fragrant, with aromas of dark cherry, red plum, and cassis interwoven with florals, fine spice, and hints of smoky oak. On the palate, the wine delivers power with elegance — plush dark fruits layered with savoury complexity, lees influence, and subtle gunflint minerality. Finely knit tannins and a vibrant acid line carry the wine to an impressively long and varietal finish. Best enjoyed from 2025 onward, with cellaring potential through 2035.
