Named after the wild olive trees that line the region’s winter creeks and waterholes, this Shiraz is sourced from the Warboys Vineyard and long-term growers. With its deep, inky purple hue and vibrant flavours, it offers a memorable tasting experience.
Tasting Notes
The wine has a deep, brooding purple colour, with aromas of blackberry and satsuma plum, accented by peppery spice. The palate is rich and expressive, offering flavours of cherry, blackberry, liquorice, and clove, all balanced with subtle oak and a hint of pepper. The finish is lush and smooth, leaving a satisfying impression. Ideal for pairing with French-inspired dishes, such as organic Beef Bourguignon.
