Tasting Notes:
Sourced from vineyards in Bannockburn and Lowburn, the fruit underwent spontaneous carbonic maceration for 7–14 days before being foot-stomped and finished on skins, then aged in old oak for six months. The result is a juicy, crunchy red with lifted aromas of red berries, cherries and subtle spice. The palate is bright and refreshing, with light tannins and a crisp finish that makes it perfect for warm evenings, picnics or casual dining.
