The Shingleback D Block Cabernet Sauvignon presents a deep, rich colour and a nose brimming with dark fruits—blackcurrant, cassis, and ripe plum—intertwined with hints of cedar and tobacco from the fine French oak. On the palate, the wine reveals intense, concentrated flavours of black cherry and cassis, complemented by a layer of savoury spice and well-integrated oak. The structure is firm, with fine tannins providing a silky texture and a long, elegant finish.
