Tasting Notes:
Aromas of blackberry bramble, blue fruits and woody herbs lead into layers of tobacco, cloves and cedary oak. The palate is full of dark berry fruits: blackberry, cherry and plum — interwoven with earthy spices, thyme and dark chocolate. Shiraz lends a plush, velvety mid-palate while Cabernet brings chewy, savoury tannins and a lingering, structured finish. Matured in French oak, this wine delivers depth, balance and character.
