The Listel Rosé is a stunning expression from the sun-kissed Languedoc-Roussillon region, located in the Mediterranean’s “Midi Viticole.” This wine captures the essence of its terroir, a natural amphitheatre with mountains, piedmonts, and coastal plains. Crafted from a careful selection of grapes, the wine undergoes rapid separation of the first juices by static draining, followed by a slow and cold fermentation at 16°C to preserve its finesse and elegance. Ideal for serving chilled at 6 to 8°C, it is an excellent choice for a wide variety of occasions, from casual sipping to fine dining.
