A blend of 58% Cramant, 21% Chouilly, and 21% Mesnil-sur-Oger, it showcases the finest expression of Chardonnay, marrying finesse, structure, and longevity. The Champagne undergoes vinification in stainless steel tanks with minimal dosage (3.75g/l) and is matured on lees for an extended 144 months, developing remarkable texture and complexity.
