Overview:
Aragonesas Castillo de Fuendejalon Crianza is a distinguished red wine, crafted from a blend of Garnacha and Tempranillo grapes. With vines that are 30 years old for Garnacha and 20 years old for Tempranillo, this wine reflects the experience and care of the vineyard. It undergoes traditional winemaking processes, including fermentation and maceration, followed by six months of ageing in American oak barrels and additional bottle ageing before release. This wine offers a refined balance of rich fruit and oak influence.
Tasting Notes:
The wine showcases a very clean, bright ruby red colour with crimson hues. The nose offers medium-intensity, complex aromas, blending spicy and ripe fruit notes with a hint of oak. On the palate, it is smooth and full-flavoured, with harmonious tannins derived from the oak ageing. The flavours linger long after each sip, leaving a lasting impression that invites further enjoyment.
