Pale straw in colour. The nose is lifted and pure, showing fresh passionfruit, citrus blossom and lime. Layers of dried herbs, lemongrass, papaya and jalapeño add pungency and aromatic intensity. On the palate, ripe passionfruit and white peach combine with zesty lime and grapefruit pith. Concentrated and powerful, the wine balances generous weight with underlying minerality, delivering lively tension and a refined, textural finish.
