Bright aromas of citrus, guava and dried herbs lift from the glass. The palate is vibrant and energetic, with tropical fruit flavours of grapefruit, apple and passionfruit layered over a chalky mineral core. Fine texture from lees ageing brings weight and complexity, while fresh acidity ensures balance and persistence.
