Tasting Notes:
Deep purple-ruby hues introduce aromas of crushed blackcurrant, rosemary flower, violet, smoky clove, and supple leather. The palate is plush and velvety, layered with dark cherry, plum, and cocoa bean flavours that linger with vibrancy and poise. Both powerful and delicate, this Syrah reveals finesse within its concentration. Pair with slow-roasted lamb, seared venison, or a rich mushroom and lentil cassoulet for a truly elevated experience.
