Delas Hermitage Rouge Domaine des Tourettes is an exceptional red wine from the renowned Hermitage appellation, crafted primarily from 100% Syrah. This wine originates from three distinct terroirs—L'Ermite, le Sabot, and the iconic Les Bessards—providing a complex and powerful expression of this celebrated region. Known for its depth, this wine reflects the unique soil diversity, combining granite, alluvial deposits, and Pliocene marl to create an exceptional drinking experience. Fermentation occurs in traditional open-topped concrete tanks, with a two-day pre-fermentary skin contact period at cool temperatures.
