Tasting Notes:
Dark red purple in colour, the bouquet opens with blackberry, blackcurrant, olive, and hints of roasted spice, gradually revealing floral lift and fine oak nuances. The palate is structured and powerful yet balanced by plush texture, cool-climate freshness, and polished tannins. Layers of licorice, dried herbs, and earthy complexity complement the concentrated dark fruits, leading to a long, sustained finish. A wine built for patience, best enjoyed from 2025 onward.
