Tasting Notes:
A kaleidoscope of lychee, mango and white florals is lifted by herbal notes of tarragon and thyme. The palate is succulent and intricate, layered with gooseberry compote, tangelo meringue, linseed, lanolin and sandalwood. Bright acidity and a subtle saline edge provide balance and length, leading to a generous, textured finish.
