Fragrant aromas of white pear, citrus, rose and passionfruit lead into a fresh and finely textured palate. Layers of peach, quince, apple and spice are lifted by lively acidity and a soft, satin-like mouthfeel. Delicately structured with lingering notes of anise and talcum, it finishes long, elegant and refreshing.
