A complex bouquet of red apple, orange zest, beeswax and lime lifts from the glass. The palate is bone-dry yet vibrant, layered with citrus and green apple flavours, enlivened by saline minerality and a racy acid backbone. Textural from partial old-oak fermentation, it finishes long, polished and refreshingly pure.
