Mt. Beautiful Pinot Noir is a refined expression of North Canterbury’s unique terroir, crafted with restraint and elegance. A personal favourite of owner David Teece, this wine highlights the best aspects of the varietal. Sophisticated floral notes are followed by ripe blackberry, loganberry and sweet spice. On the palate, fragrant bramble fruits and dark chocolate earthiness are layered with subtle chalky tannins, creating a wine of depth, finesse and balance.

The bouquet opens with delicate florals and a touch of spice, leading into dark berry fruits and loganberry. The palate is supple yet weighty, offering ripe bramble fruit, layers of spice and hints of dark chocolate. Fine tannins provide structure and elegance, while a lingering earthy finish completes this polished Pinot Noir.
