On the Opawa farm just off the "golden mile" site the classic Rapaura gravels absorb the sun's warmth during the day, radiating back onto the grapes by moonlight thus creating the intense aromatic flavours for which Marlborough is so highly reputed.
Tasting Notes:
Bright and aromatic with lifted notes of passionfruit, lime zest and fresh herbs. The palate is lively and crisp, offering flavours of citrus and tropical fruit with a fine mineral edge. Balanced acidity delivers freshness and drive, finishing clean, zesty and refreshing. A versatile wine, perfect with seafood, summer salads or enjoyed simply on its own.
