Displaying a bright mid-red hue, this classic GSM offers lifted aromas of raspberry, savoury earth, and warm spice — cloves and cardamom layered with subtle herbal notes. The palate is supple and medium-bodied, bursting with red cherries, mint, and roasted nut nuances. A silky tannin profile adds plushness, while the old vines lend depth and elegance. Rounded, flavoursome, and finely balanced, this wine is best enjoyed young for its vibrancy, but will reward cellaring for up to seven years.
