Sourced from the schist soils of Central Otago, it captures both purity and depth, offering a vibrant yet richly textured expression of the varietal.
Tasting Notes:
Aromas of nashi pear, nectarine and orange blossom are layered with a touch of honeycomb, creating an inviting bouquet. The palate is generous and balanced, with flavours of white peach, pear and tropical pineapple carried by bright acidity and a mineral edge. Fresh and aromatic, this Pinot Gris is delicious on its own but also versatile at the table, pairing well with seafood, Asian cuisine or lightly spiced dishes.
