A unique small-batch vermouth, Saison Black Walnut is crafted from organic Victorian unripe walnuts and leaves, layered with infusions of cumquat, bay leaf and roasted barley koji. Blended with Victorian Moscato and bittered with Australian wormwoods, it undergoes up to 18 months of ageing in ex-whisky French oak barrels, creating a complex and aromatic aperitif unlike any other.

Deeply nutty and savoury, with rich layers of spice, citrus zest and herbal intrigue. Notes of roasted grain and subtle oak provide depth, while the walnut character brings warmth and texture. Perfect enjoyed neat over ice, it also elevates cocktails such as a Negroni, Manhattan or served with tonic for a refreshing twist.
