Smith & Sheth CRU Heretaunga Syrah 2021 is a striking Hawke’s Bay red, crafted from hand-harvested fruit grown in the Gimblett Gravels and Mangatahi subregions. Deeply coloured and intensely perfumed, it weaves together ripe blackberry, plum, red liquorice and delicate florals. The palate balances richness and finesse, delivering dark fruits layered with spice, savoury nuance and oak complexity. Aromas of ripe black fruits, violets and red liquorice mingle with cedar, vanilla and cinnamon spice.
