Aromas of ripe plum are layered with subtle herbal tones and a touch of white pepper spice. The palate is juicy and expressive, with velvety tannins giving structure and balance. More robust than a classic Pinot but still beautifully fresh, it can be enjoyed either at room temperature or lightly chilled. With no added sulphites, unfined and unfiltered, this vegan-friendly wine is as honest as it is delicious.
