Bright notes of sour cherry dominate the nose, supported by layers of jubey red fruits, green herbs and a subtle lift of shiso leaf. The palate is finely structured, with slatey tannins and a beautifully balanced acidity that drives freshness and length. Complex, textural and endlessly intriguing, Mallee Gambit is a unique Australian Nero that pairs superbly with chargrilled lamb, roasted vegetables or tomato-rich pasta dishes.
