Tasting Notes:
Yellow straw in the glass with aromas of fennel, cut straw and tarragon. The palate is taut and distinctive, unfolding notes of coriander seed, umami, lime and subtle savoury nuances. Structured yet refreshingly bright, it pairs beautifully with rock cod, scallops, prosciutto and soft goat’s cheese.
