Tasting Notes:
Pale green in the glass with lifted aromas of lime leaf, citrus peel, snow pea and delicate blossom. The palate is fresh and layered, showing lemongrass, salted lemon, fennel seed, white currant and zesty lime. Crisp, long and beautifully balanced, it pairs effortlessly with rock cod, scallops, prosciutto or soft goat’s cheese.
